@floboflo Whatever the colour of the perpetrator, I find it bizarre that he has been sent home because he is ‘not fit for interview’. Should someone who hasn’t got the wherewithal to be interviewed and is suspected of serious crime really be walking among us?

@NoShirleyNo This may be controversial but I don’t watch the ads. When they start pushing Pure Cremation or the Donkey Sanctuary I channel hop. I switch on the tv to chill, not to be reminded of death or the horrors that will always be with us.

For example I remember clearly a driver who didn’t stop for me on a pedestrian crossing years ago. Itis a rare occurrence. For cyclists on the other hand this is optional. Lime cyclists - exempt from HC?

@FraserNelson But people who are currently 25-34 will one day be 65-74 at which point they will have 5 times the wealth they have now(no-one can have accumulated a significant pension pot at age 25, but they will have by age 65, ditto house, mortgage paid off etc)
