[Thomas Massie @RepThomasMassie]

17 State Attorneys General sent House and Senate leadership a letter in support of the Epstein Files Transparency Act II.

EFTA II is an unfortunate necessity to achieve transparency and accountability since @TheJusticeDept failed to uphold EFTA I.

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@Joeoltmann @kyleclark are you all at least looking into this? Any evidence to support anything, either way?

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@markCOrcs @Colorado411_420 About a criminal? People like you are the reason Denver is a sh*thole... Be better, hold losers accountable

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@KimberCB90 @FBIDenver @FBIDenver anyone there wanna help someone for a change? Or do we have more autistics to frame?

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@denverpost When politicians are being lynched over I25, then people might start to care, but until then the pressure continues to build. 🤷

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@FBIDenver @USAO_CO 20 months for 5 million? Who wouldn't take that deal?

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@CueBall001 @realtower7 @DenverChannel

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@Freethinkeroo7 @DenverChannel Much worse actually

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@jr_delecto @NMoonitz @FBIDirectorKash @JudgeJeanine Official misconduct (police, prosecutors, others) was a factor in 71% of 2024 exonerations. NYC paid $205M over NYPD misconduct suits in 2024. Police killed 1,200+ people in 2025. if you are really an engineer I trust you can read?

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@jr_delecto @NMoonitz @FBIDirectorKash @JudgeJeanine also, since you like being wrong.

reporter David Baker (formerly of The Blaze), FBI whistleblower Kyle Seraphin, and U.S. Representatives Thomas Massie and Marjorie Taylor Greene have claimed or supported reports that Brian Cole Jr. is not the D.C. pipe bomber.

what attorney?

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@jr_delecto @NMoonitz @FBIDirectorKash @JudgeJeanine lol you actually believe what you wrote?

Police can legally pressure suspects in interrogations, and judges do throw out involuntary confessions, if it can be proven that it was involuntary...

Frazier v. Cupp, 394 U.S. 731 (1969)

[Joe Oltmann @Joeoltmann]

A handful of people with no badge, no budget and no subpoena power did what the entire FBI could not be bothered to do… they sat with Congress's own grainy Capitol Police CCTV for thousands of hours and found Brian Cole Jr. walking on the northwest side of the Capitol at the same time the real bomber was placing devices on the southeast side. And within a day the critics showed up right on schedule screaming AI, doctored timestamps, altered video, bad quality, anything but the actual question.

Here is the reality. Those videos came from Congress, not from Steve Baker, and they sit uncut and unaltered on Congress's own Rumble channel straight off the Capitol Police cameras, so anybody who wants to call it fake can go pull it themselves. Most of them won't, because doing the work was never the point for them… protecting the narrative is.

Now keep in mind what else came out. Brian's grandmother Loretta called Steve and said the jacket he is wearing in that video is the exact jacket she bought him at Kohl's for Christmas two weeks earlier, which is why the tag is still hanging off it, and she paid for it with her Kohl's card. The FBI could pull that purchase record in an afternoon if it actually wanted to know the truth. Do you think they will? And Kyle Seraphin was on the FBI surveillance team sent to a person of interest's home in this very case, so spare me the line that these guys are amateurs who don't know what they are looking at.

Meanwhile Jeanine Pirro went on TV and told the country this case is "SOLID, as solid as they get," Bongino took his victory lap, and a young autistic man has been locked up since he was arrested last December. I am angry about it, and if you are not angry about it you are not paying attention. How is it even possible that a grandmother with a store receipt and a couple of guys with a Rumble link are doing more real investigative work than the Bureau and the DOJ combined?

It doesn't matter whose team runs the building, the building protects itself first, and an innocent man becomes collateral damage so nobody has to admit they grabbed the wrong guy.

@FBIDirectorKash @USAttyPirro… you promised transparency and justice. Pull the Kohl's record, look at the tape and dismiss this case. Free Brian Cole Jr.

@MichelViteazul @EyesOnMyKing @trad_west_ Because both of them think they are the only way, when neither of them are the way.

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@badtiondriver @trad_west_ Sorry to hear that. I would try and do some research, see if you have freedom of religion or something comparable over there. Good luck to you

[Gain of Fauci @DschlopesIsBack]

Never forget that Lt. Michael Byrd shot and killed unarmed female veteran Ashli Babbitt in cold blood on January 6th.

He received promotions and medals for this.

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@TxJollyRoger @KaceeRAllen How very liberal of you... Are you from Austin?

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@RShillingburg1 @FBIDirectorKash

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]

@amitylee13 due process is entirely useless to a dead person.. when in doubt, shoot first, get tried later.
have to remind politicians and judges that the justice system was created to keep one family from massacring another family for vengeance, I wonder who will be reminded of that first

[The Babylon Bibi @TheBabylonBibi]

Buh bye

[Colorado 1701 @Colorado1701]
