I went to see him when he came to Collin county, one of the reddest counties in TX & I had to wait in line for more than an hour to get in. All 4 entrances of the venue had long lines. They’re offering unbelievable incentives - interest rate buy-downs, giving free money for closing costs, dramatically dropping prices. People are able to buy & pay the same for a mortgage as a greedy landlord’s rent hike
