What is Asthma?
It is a common lung condition that causes intermittent breathing difficulties. It often starts in childhood, although it can also develop in adults.

This is just bad advice. On prime daytime TV. Old doesn't mean bad. Inhaled steroids AVOID the oral steroids that hold the high risk of side effects.
It's the "mild" asthmatics that die, preventably, and we spend our working lives mythbusting because of misinformation. 🤦♀️
