Working on construction sites as a civil engineer taught me something about success that I have never forgotten,

"Nobody applauds the foundation."

Before the skyscraper, there is a period that looks like nothing is happening.

Mud
Excavation
Piling
Drainage
Reinforcement
Concrete
Weeks and months of difficult work happening underground.

People doing the dirty work that will eventually carry everything we all admire.

When the building is finally completed, nobody walks in and says:

"What a great foundation."

They admire what they can see.

But what they can see is standing because of what they cannot see.

There are seasons when you are learning, failing, sacrificing, practising, and nobody is clapping.

These seasons are for becoming strong enough to carry what is coming.

So keep building patiently.

Don't abandon the foundation because nobody is clapping yet.

One day, people will look at what you have built and call you an overnight success.

Only you will know how many years you spent underground building the foundation.

Mr Anthony ,a very a brave police officer , around 3pm a whole street was r*bbed by 7 armed men and he was the only one on duty , they started exchanging bullets , to cut it short he got 6 of those heavy armed men down , one out of them escape and went to re-enforce 15 new squard ,still Mr Anthony didn’t run ,e protected all the civilians in that area and got another 15 armed men down ,they shut bazooka on the complex and they were ppl and baby’s in the complex ,he rescued everyone ,despite the heavy fire 🔥.God will continue to bless you sir
