La fusión Evernorth-Armada acaba de pasar la votación de accionistas. Acaba de nacer oficialmente la tesorera de XRP que cotizará en el Nasdaq con el ticker XRPN.

Os lo llevo contando toda la semana: esto no era un evento binario tipo Clarity, era un trámite con el resultado escrito (Arrington controla la mayoría). Pero que fuera previsible no lo hace menos histórico. Hoy se ha encendido la máquina.

¿Y ahora qué? Dos cosas, y os las digo con la honestidad de siempre:

1. XRPN NO empieza a cotizar mañana. La aprobación abre la puerta al cierre de la fusión, y el ticker se enciende con ese cierre, en los próximos días/semanas. El que os venda que mañana cotiza, no ha leído los documentos.

2. Esta noche sale el dato que de verdad importa: cuánto dinero se queda en la hucha tras las redenciones. Ese número decide la potencia de compra inicial. En cuanto salga el documento oficial en la SEC, lo tendréis desglosado en el canal.

Mientras tanto, un detalle que no se os debe escapar: XRP venía cayendo con fuerza durante el día... y ha rebotado justo con el resultado de la votación. El mercado ya está escuchando a este nuevo jugador.
