The Irish cricket team is about to play 5 one day cricket matches against Afghanistan . Men v Men. Women are banned from playing cricket in Afghanistan. They are also banned from taking their children to a park. They must be neither seen nor heard in Afghanistan.
No Irish campaign to stop or boycott the matches. No journalistic outrage at their taking place. No Irish political activists or women’s groups interested. Why? Afghanistan is ruled by fundamentalist, authoritarian, Islamic misogynists. No one Jewish to blame or demonise.
Irish political activists who speak the language of human rights have no real interest in human rights. Only interested in weaponising human rights language to promote a malevolent, deeply ingrained, indoctrinated, anti semitic agenda.
This feels like a good moment to remember that Ireland got rich not by producing much or innovating anything, but mostly by becoming one of the world's biggest tax havens -- by enabling large companies from other nations to hide their tax revenues from their home nations.
Apple, Microsoft and Google have routed many hundreds of billions of dollars through Ireland to shelter their profits.
Israel, in contrast, got rich by innovating at a colossal scale. It spends 6% of its GDP on R&D, the highest of any nation on Earth. 10% of its workforce works in tech.
That's why those same Apple, Microsoft and Google all built massive R&D centers in Israel, alongside 500 other multinationals. The defense tech is famous, but Israel is also a global powerhouse in water and agriculture. And it draws 10% of global deep-tech investment in medical devices and food R&D.
So a tax-cheat nation that got rich by impoverishing others now refuses a safety system meant to land planes safely in the fog from a nation that actually produces new and useful things for the world.
It's one thing not to buy arms, or to exact political costs for a war you hate. This isn't that. This is just sanctimonious narcissism.
Take the fog safety system, you preening tax-cheats. We promise to look the other way.

Why is this violent Hamasnik still in Ireland?
How long before he commits an act of violence?
Stop pretending that he is a poor ‘genocide’ survivor and DEPORT him.

‘So next time we wonder why Ireland is so obsessed with the Palestinian cause and demonising Israel, here is your answer.
It is the result of an aggressive and well-executed lobbying campaign which has presented this faraway issue over which Ireland has no influence as a foremost issue of national priority.
The use of historical tropes surrounding “Jewish money” and “Jewish power” is merely a smear tactic to distract from the very real and sinister efforts on behalf of radical elements of the Palestinian cause.’
I ask you: should any foreign cause, not least one with a noted terrorism and antisemitism problem, have this much impact and influence in Irish politics and society? Does anyone other than extremists think this is good for our country?
The Palestinian Lobby in Ireland 🇵🇸🇮🇪:
Between January 2016 and May 2026, 255 lobbying returns were filed with the Lobbying Register in Ireland, on behalf of the 'Palestinian Lobby'.
For all the dog-whistling and tropes about the power of the 'Jewish lobby' globally, there is very little discussion of the network of Palestinian Advocacy organisations, NGOs and elected officials which aggressively lobbies on behalf of the 'Palestinian cause' and against Israel.
The Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign filed 133 returns in this period for lobbying on a range of issues, from sanctioning the Jewish state to more funding for a network of Palestinian charities... For reference, Apple filed 79 returns during this period and Amazon (one of the largest companies in the world) filed circa 200 returns.
Before his election to the Oireachtas, Patrick Costello filed a number of returns for lobbying on behalf of Sadaka, on the 'occupation of Palestine.'
More recently, we now see a number of charities who are engaging in flagrantly political lobbying on behalf of the Palestinian movement, including ActionAid Ireland, Comhlámh and Christian Aid Ireland.
It's also worth noting that each return is not necessarily relating to one single meeting or engagement, for example one return filed related to lobbying on behalf of Palestinian pertained to meeting(s) with 17 TDs and Senators, whilst others referred to mass lobbying campaigns targeting entire Oireachtas or an entire Council.
Furthermore, these engagements are often the first touch-point which then inspire further actions (committee sessions, parliamentary contributions, legislation, motions etc). There are also engagements which fall outside the lobbying register, such as meeting with staffers not recognised as DPOs.
The 255 returns filed represent a fraction of the Palestinian lobby's impact and influence in Irish politics and society.
So next time we wonder why Ireland is so obsessed with the Palestinian cause and demonising Israel, here is your answer.

Remember last week when we discovered Spain had a colony in Africa? Yeah me too, that was fun. Turns out they have 7. The UK has 14, France has 13, the Netherlands has 6, and Denmark has two including Greenland. Yet a tiny nation of Jews living in their ancestral homeland with absolutely zero overseas holdings, let alone in Africa, are the colonizers? Mom was right, the biggest hypocrites really do scream the loudest.
In this clip they also scream ‘tiocfaidh ár lá’: an Irish Republican slogan meaning ‘our day will come’. Coined during The Troubles, ‘Our day’ denotes the day a united Ireland is achieved. Some say the saying is ambiguous, but every single Irish person knows that it is primarily utilised by those who wish ‘our day’ to come to us by force.
And then people will act shocked when something like the below happens? Frankly it is an inevitability when both our public broadcaster and our paper of note especially continue to platform and praise Kneecap, whose message is explicitly pro-terror.

It's based on a real photo - with a real story!
Serge in Be’er Ya’akov, Israel was repairing a building. He discovered that the fourth-floor apartment he was working on belonged to Chabad Rabbi Shmulik Lerner. After a brief conversation, Serge was able to do an extra mitzvah and put on Tefillin; quite literally on the fly.
