@MailOnline @ScottishPower have admitted their App doesn't work. The Smart meter doesn't communicate properly so it doesn't send readings and top-ups don't reach the meter but they still take payment! They will not change or test the meter! Forcing me to pay back £4,500 through pre-payment

@MailOnline I am having HUGE problems with @ScottishPower - They switched me to prepayment as they said I owe £4,500 after 3 weeks - Now I have topped up £60 and it's back at £0 after 4 days! They wont test the meter after 2 years of begging even though they admit somethings wrong!
