@EricLDaugh I see it as upholding the Constitution and saying you can’t change the Constitution with an EO. We should all be glad for that. There is a process to amend the Constitution.

@mattvanswol I think that the Court is saying that birthright citizenship is clearly constitutional and that you can’t change that with executive order, but rather a constitutional amendment.
