@Avis I rented a car and signed on a tablet during pickup. I was not informed about any extra insurance, yet after returning the car I was charged £280 for coverage I did NOT agree to. It appears the employee may have added this intentionally without my consent. Please investigat

Qué frustración que la única forma de contacto sea un chat que no ofrece soluciones y donde solo responde un bot. Pésimo servicio!!!
@OmioGlobal Me and my friend faced worst experience with you and even the chat for support end 3 times since 3 days , I don’t recommend any one to book through since you can not help your client if any problem happened !!? What kind of service and support we have ! We are really unsatisfied
@OmioGlobal Booking#3512054, I needed to change bookings..tried several times in app, reached out to customer care explaining and requesting repeatedly and desperately and finally gave up after an hour when nothing seemed to work..lost money nd peace.. pathetic app and support.

@OmioSupport HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND ON A CANCELLATION - not a voucher which cannot be used but paid back in my card. Chat bot no good and customer agent was a disaster
