@glaggleman52 @voxov_tired I dont think getting a free 3 second stun every 30 seconds during a chase and +20 health is very balanced, with these changes that'll be harder to do unless you use empower. The whole reason people are calling two time unbalanced is because of how strong he is mid chase.
