what kind of shitty system do we have where a certified slut can accuse 7 dudes 2 years after the fact,
and national media PLASTERS their names and faces and insinuates they are guilty
while the lying female gets protected
this is the opposite of justice
Sororities are fiercely protective of their reputation. No sorority wants to be “the house with that slut who does threesomes”
I bet $50 bucks the president of the sorority called up the president of that frat and said “we will blackball your entire frat if you don’t keep her out of there. We can’t have this happen again”
And I bet she knows that - which is why she is also suing the sorority for revenge.
Either women are allowed to party and sleep around or they should be prevented from doing so.
It cannot be both “a drunk woman can’t consent, kill that guy!” and “women have the right to get drunk and have sex.”
tldr-
whats crazy is if you actually read the case she verbally consented to everything that occurred
she said no to some things (like anal, 4some) so they DID NOT DO those things. she said yes to some things (like 3some & KETAMINE DICK) so they DID those things. consent was literally respected through *the entire thing*
it was literally just a sloppy freak orgy she (understandably) regretted because it was fucked up, she felt ashamed.
then when she didnt get invited to a halloween party at that frat & her “reputation was ruined” she called it rape
also she was literally pre-planning accusing these guys of rape in the middle of the fuckfest bc she realized real life isnt like porn and stuff like this is actually weird & gross & made her uncomfortable (she never passed out btw people keep repeating that)
i see a lot of “high/drunk people cant consent” all the dudes were high and drunk as fuck too, worse than her! they were passing out and throwing up! and is she a rapist too?
if you want to debate the MORALITY of having a ketamine gangbang thats a whole other story. we can get into that. we can talk about stuff like bonnie blue and the consequences of consent based morality. but the legality is- it was not rape.
i’m convinced the hivemind blob that downloads their opinions from tiktok havent actually read any of the case or texts
It’s kinda frying me that the gangbang chick not not getting invited to the Halloween party is going to end up being the Archduke Ferdinand of the fall of women’s rights.
"if you get offended when you get accused of somethkng you are notz you are"
Every day I'm more convinced due process only exists because of men. If women ruled the world, we would be doing Salem witch trials worldwide
“The girl who accused the men of raping her had actually consented to a night of drug-fueled group sex, and then only accused the boys of rape 2 weeks later when they didn’t invite her to a Halloween party” is a development you’d mock for ridiculousness in a Daily Wire movie.
This genre of white knight, pick-me, performative video has to be one of my least favorites on the internet.
Not to mention these videos are usually made with the intent of courting approval from women in order to woo them, truly sick stuff if you think about it.
@JillBlackpill "Boys are allowed to rape all the time! There's no punishment for rape! Why not let a girl just have a little murder, you know, as a treat?"
I swear these people belong in psych wards.
The Cornell hoax isn’t new: it’s explicitly been the feminist standard for decades. We’ve all heard the meme stat “1 in 4 undergrad women get raped”; that comes from a federally-funded study which found that under 4% of undergrad women described themselves as having been raped—another ~15% were described by the author as *not realizing they had been raped* bc the author explicitly counted *getting consensually intoxicated & having consensual sex you later regret* as rape *even if the survey-taker explicitly denied having been raped.* (Another ~10% were described as victims of “attempted rape” to bring the count of undergrad women “victimized by rape” to 1 in 4). This was then popularized by a book called “I Never Called It Rape,” intended to teach women to reinterpret themselves as rape victims. & we’ve all sat thru countless mandatory feminist struggle sessions & indoctrination orientations at unis ever since, which teach us that unis are where the rapes all happen yet also we can’t ask any questions about that like “then why keep coming”
Incredible reporting from the NYT.
The woman at Cornell did not consider herself a rape victim until she saw people making fun of her for being a slut.
She went to her "big sister" in her sorority and confessed that she had been a slut. Then while texting one of the men she reassured him that she enjoyed the first part of it and nothing illegal had happened.
Later, she texted him that she was traumatized. Not by the sex, but because everyone was laughing at her.
One week after her "rape," she was mad that she got disinvited from a party at the frathouse of her "rapists"!!!!!!!
Only a few days later, she decided that she was a "rape victim." Nobody would laugh at her anymore! She went from an object of ridicule and shame to a hero.
Once again, we need to have a serious conversation about how women are being lied to.
People do not respect sluts. Even at woke Ivy League universities. Human nature is what it is.
The lesson is women should protect their reputations by not doing things like this.
