But what about the humiliation, mental agony and suffering caused by the Health Minister to that doctor? What punishment will be given to that minister for disrupting the doctor while providing duties. He should be punished under section 221 of BNS for obstructing a doctor in discharge of their duty and should also issue a public apology in front of him and the camera.
