@currys why must you have #CallCentres abroad when the operator struggles with slow spoken English. And I struggle with their fast strong #Accent with people talking in their native #Language in the background. 0/10

@currys Totally despaired owing to the recent customer service provided by your care and repair contact centre team. I cancelled my plan and I was assured that no further payment will be taken and still payment got debited from my account yesterday. Really unacceptable.
