@HSBC_UK I and my family are with HSBC for years (15+). So we chose to open Kinetic business account. Itโs more than a week and no update. Call centre is not at all helpful. This is really an utterly poor customer experience. They are not even helping to lodge a complaint.

@CSMIA_Official how to register complaint against the Pranaam service porter? The porter just left the passenger stranded without helping at all. Total waste of money and time.
@airindia Okay thanks. I was just asking if the cabin baggage can also be checked in? So totalling the weight limit to 27 kg. Of course there wonโt be another 7 kg cabin baggage.

@currys Totally despaired owing to the recent customer service provided by your care and repair contact centre team. I cancelled my plan and I was assured that no further payment will be taken and still payment got debited from my account yesterday. Really unacceptable.

@HP Utterly disappointed, despite the successful cancellation of my instant ink + paper subscription last month I still got charged today. Thereโs no easy way to lodge a complaint & no escalation route in sight. This isnโt acceptable for a reputed large company. #HPInstantInk

@easyJet I travelled with my family from Istanbul to Bristol and flight got delayed by more than 2 hours my little ones got so exhausted. It was a pathetic experience. How can I lodge a complaint and compensation please? Thanks
@virginmedia really fed up of IVR and retention team. My new contract price shot by 2.5 times so I thought to leave then I was offered something reasonable which I wanted to further discuss with your L2 team but the L2 team increased the plan by ยฃ2 per month. Is this the CX?
