@MBTA holy fucking shit. Another wire down? People need to work! Why get rid of the shuttles when the overhead wires weren’t fully repaired! Sitting at Wonderland nearing 20 minutes! This is an everyday occurrence!
@MBTA What is the point of stopping service to inspect the overhead wires every weekday if there’s going to be a downed wire every other week? What are they even inspecting?
@MBTA@WCVB@myfoxboston@MayorWu how is this acceptable? Somebody has to do something about this. Every single day the same issues . And yet you continue to charge riders normal. The same messages for 50 days straight .
Nobody in Boston needs to see The Odyssey…
We have the @mbta Red Line!
My odyssey home from Kendall/MIT:
•EZ-Ride to Lechmere
•Green Line to Park Street. Took 40 minutes to get to Park (same time as shuttle bus in traffic yesterday that cover 2 subway stops a five-minute ride🤷🏻♂️)
•Red Line Ashmont train pulls in, I can make the 4:20pm Greenbush Commuter Rail to Quincy Center
•4:20pm CR to QCenter.
2026 might be the year I finally buy my own vehicle because this isn’t working out @mbta the number of times I've had to order a Lyft to get to my destination on time I could put towards a car payment.
@MBTA why are we making repairs during schedule running hours? Shuttles should be provided instead of making us wait on the blue line. It will be 20 minutes + on the inbound Bowdin train.
We boarded the outbound Union Square train at 11:32 at North Station and only got to Science Park at 12:22. That was 50 minutes, completely unacceptable. Why are paying customers expected to just wait on board? Backup shuttles should be available at all times.
Green Line Update: Service between Government Center, Union Square, and Medford/Tufts continues to stand by while personnel address the disabled train.
Riders downtown should continue to use the Orange Line for alternate service.
And for the love of god please stop using the term shortly! There is nothing short about waiting 30+ minutes in a stand still in the middle of a tunnel.
@MBTA please ensure your drivers are aware of this. Despite a snide remark about having my card filled before boarding, the driver allowed me on. I would have had to wait over 20 min for the next bus! This policy makes sense at stations, not on buses—please address this issue.
