@pdrmnvd I thought your talk was great! it was easy to follow and the docs are well-organized so I'm excited to take a deeper look and try out some of these tools :)
even just trying to remember all of the places an address could hide... there's a million lists for this to try and remember you can find online but I always end up missing someplace and sending a package somewhere wrong lmao
after moving nearly every year for the last 10 years i would like to conclude that it should REALLY be easier to change every single address with one fell swoop
changing your address for the DMV and you *think* its been 14 days since you updated your license address but there's no way to check??? so you just *hope* that your registration will reflect the updated address and you won't have to go to the DMV in-person to change
i finally cracked the financial query issue that has been stumping me for WEEKS! (and it's probably definitely because i've been reading my own sql wrong but still we are finally here π€ #teamof1)
im finally taking a course in using python (rather than hashing one-off projects using blog tutorials) and honestly... the most annoying thing so far is all the underscores/amount of times i need to use shift to get a symbol... #sqlprincessπΈ
@gwenwindflower in general i feel like through email roundups and general messaging the mix of people who are in leadership at dbt labs and the way messaging is presented make the space feel inviting :)
@gwenwindflower during coalesce the last 2 years tho i appreciated all the community norms that made it feel easier to ask questions to speakers and all the positive engagement/reactions whenever someone posted, v good energy
For the past few months, Iβve been implementing a data differ (a tool that takes two SQL queries and explains what makes their results different), and I finally wrote a blog post about it here: https://t.co/5vAyArQrq8
