In an address on results management and customer satisfaction, the Academic Registrar, Dr. Martha T. Kyoshaba (PhD), issued a strong directive to all new staff members regarding accountability in grading.
She stated that missing marks are entirely unacceptable at @MbararaUST and urged both teaching and administrative staff to proactively support students rather than letting them struggle, ensuring that every learner receives their academic performance results timely and transparently.
