The vice mayor of a Sutter County town and two others were arrested on Thursday for their alleged role in an arson insurance fraud plot, according to the Butte County District Attorney's Office.

Aaron Pamma, 30, the vice mayor of Live Oak, was arrested, along with 28-year-old Gurtej Singh of Yuba City and 28-year-old Simren Pamma of Sacramento.
