I asked for the correct address to send my notice before action. Please provide. Of course I can get a refund for intermittent service I am paying for full service.

@virginmedia Actually that is no help at all. You obviously have failed to read my tweets or don’t understand your own policies. I haven’t got total loss of service, I have very poor intermittent service. It used to work well and now it doesnt. I want a refund for lack of service.
