This broken $30 part cost me over $3500 in repair costs and nearly 2 weeks of being ghosted by the dealership thanks to a mis-diagnosis and no recognition of the error during the repair. Thanks, @Avchevy (cc: @GM@chevrolet ) #AntelopeValley#LancasterCA
And @GM -> in the same vein, how does a broken clutch actuator cylinder pipe get misdiagnosed by that same dealership as a broken clutch assembly costing over $2500 in labor? That labor price seems *absurd* for a modern (2017), FWD compact.
Hey @GM - any reason why when I took my car in for service at the local dealership they didn't give any feedback on status for nearly 2 weeks, then when I say the word "manager" after 3 calls in 24 hours, its suddenly "the part is on your car and it just needs a test drive"?
