@Marchtotheshop Dying Light 2 looks like it'll be a lot of fun, New Lego Star Wars finally coming out of development hell after all of this time. I am cautiously optimistic for Hogwarts Legacy to turn out good and Suicide Squad:Kills the Justice League has some great potential.

Have a genuine question for this festive day. Best Video Game Based Movie. Personally, I was surprised how well the Ace Attorney movie captured the spirit and tone of the games sometimes verbatim. One of the better adaptations out there. Merry Christmas. #tusgamers21

@Marchtotheshop I'd love to see a survival horror Jurassic Park game made along the lines of Alien:Isolation. Taking that games attention to detail and advanced AI and pairing it with the setting of the original film on an open-world tropical island would be my dream game.

@warmcocoaandco1 I still think that the GTA games are home to some fantastic mods, One of my earliest exposures to the whole series, was seeing a video on YouTube back in the day of a Back To The Future mod in Vice City. Good times.

@LitReidy Cyberpunk 2077 is definitely the most polarising to me. I love the story and the main cast are great, but they are wasted on the gameplay and world. Spent 80 hours completing it and by the end I felt nothing, no emotion or desire to go back. I was just numb. Waste of potential.

Seems that every few years a game comes along that goes viral and is everywhere for a while. Some endure like Minecraft, while others gradually begin to fade from the mainstream like Among Us. Whats your opinion on viral games. #tusgamers21

@LitReidy 2000s Star Wars games come to mind. Jedi Academy, Republic Commando, Bounty Hunter and the Episode III game have essentially become cult classics, but still provided such great looks into the universe. Lots of them are getting re-releases through Limited Run Games these days.

Spider Man: No Way Home has gotten me into the spirit to replay the excellent tie-in game for Spider Man 2 (2004). With how prominent licensed games were in the 2000s, its crazy how few you see getting made today. Any tie-in game stand out to you. #tusgamers21

@Marchtotheshop I do feel like eventually AAA game development is going to be unattainable for most developers considering how players want more and more detail and size in their games. Despite that I do think there is still a lot of creativity is still alive and kicking within the game industry

@LitReidy I loved the Resident Evil 2 remake to death, I'd rather they take that games format and make a new RE game building on it, instead of remaking 4. On the flip side I'm interested in the rumoured Last of Us 1 remake, if it uses the TLOU2 engine and mechanics, its be cool to see.

I could say something funny or insightful today, but I just want to instead simply say that Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the greatest pieces of art that has ever been created. One of the prettiest games released last gen. Any game have an artstyle you love. #tusgamers21

@Marchtotheshop I love how we seem to be in the midst of a 2D Platformer revival these last decade. With the popularity of Steam we're really seeing Indies get a chance to bring some unique and interesting takes on the genre. Nintendo have also been doing some great work within platformers

@LitReidy Recently completed Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart on the PS5. A really great mix between throwback and looking to the future, makes me even more desperate for a true next-gen Jak & Daxter game with the level of detail and scale seen in this game.

@warmcocoaandco1 Honestly I don't know how long I would last in an apocalyptic situation, if something like The Last of Us is anything to go by, people can turn on each very quickly. Kinda no wonder so much media tells story in apocalyptic settings, there's rich character development there.

@Marchtotheshop The OG Trilogy might be one of the best shooter experiences I've ever had. Such good campaigns, ODST and Reach were pretty good too, but it seems like its taken 343 Industries a decade to truly figure out what made Halo great. #tusgamers21.

@LitReidy I'd have to say that I actually enjoyed my time with Far Cry 6 quiet a bit. I think it helped that I hadn't put that much time into 4 and 5 and thus I wasn't worn out on the formula. My only problem was the ending but the journey was a pretty damn fun time.

Some of my favourites right here. If I ever got stuck on a desert island, this wouldn't be a bad set of games to have to pass the time with, given how much content you can get out of them . What would be your desert island gaming picks.
