Back in 2014, there was a man who was already aware of the irregularities involving Manchester City. That man now runs FIFA. The infamous Gianni Infantino, then UEFA General Secretary, abused his authority, shared confidential documents and, in short, outmanoeuvred the Investigatory Chamber, doing everything in his power to ensure that both Manchester City and PSG would merely receive a fine, avoiding a deeper investigation that could have led to a Champions League ban. All of these details were also revealed through Football Leaks.
Given his actions as UEFA General Secretary and, more recently, as FIFA President, I can only say, in my humble opinion, that Gianni Infantino has become a cancer on football and should have no place in the future of the game.
Not being able to trace the ancestry of your president is a national security risk.
Having a president who can be blackmailed with his criminal past is a national security risk.
In this life, sha, don’t let anybody rush you.
At 33, with a first-class degree, I was still sleeping on my parents’ couch in Ebute Metta, trying to figure life out.
I didn’t get my dream job until I was 36. I got married at 35 and started married life in a room and parlour tiny rooms in Mushin.
I started a business at 38 and failed woefully.
I tried again in my 40s. Failed again.
At 46, I opened an art gallery at Adeniran Ogunsanya, Lagos. It failed too.
At 47, I returned to the yoghurt business. Failed again.
At 48, we started again.
Then, at almost 50, I was compulsorily retired from my job.
Instead of seeing it as the end, I went fully into the yoghurt business.
I relocated to the UK at almost 52.
By 54, we had recorded over ₦2 billion in sales.
So please, be inspired by other people’s success, but never allow their success to put you under pressure.
Some people bloom at 25.
Some at 35.
Some at 50.
Some even later.
Your timeline is different.
Keep learning.
Keep trying.
Keep failing forward.
Keep moving.
You are not late. You are still writing your story.
Good evening.😊
I want to make a deposit of 50 million naira into my mutual funds because I don't want to use it for business.
Now this is how it works based on the current interest rate:
- If I deposit the 50 million naira now, by this time next month, I'll be paid an interest of 700,000 naira. That 700,000 naira would be automatically reinvested into my portfolio immediately. That is, I'm now using 50,700,000 naira to invest.
- For the second and third months, I'll get approximately 709,800 naira each month. That is the same amount for both months.
- At the end of the third month, that total interest of approximately 1,419,600 naira would be automatically reinvested into my portfolio. So my capital now becomes approximately 52,119,600 naira.
- So for the fourth, fifth and sixth months, my monthly returns would be approximately 729,674 naira every single month. Same amount for all three months.
- At the end of the sixth month, the total interest of approximately 2,189,022 naira would be automatically reinvested. My capital is now approximately 54,308,622 naira.
- For the seventh, eighth and ninth months, my monthly returns increase again to approximately 760,321 naira every single month.
So that's how it would continue going and rolling for as long as I want.
- After 5 years, I'll have approximately 113.4 million naira with a monthly interest of approximately 1,587,600 naira.
- After 10 years, I'll have approximately 257.1 million naira with a monthly interest of approximately 3,599,400 naira.
That's how it goes on and on. And the sweetest part is that I can decide to withdraw at any time I want. I can withdraw the capital and my interests. They're all mine.
So for those who wish to deposit a lump sum, that's how it works.
Above all, love God.
“Why did they teach us to worship harder so God would “come into the room” when He was already in us?
Why did they teach us to get hungrier so maybe God would finally respond when we were already seated with Christ in heavenly places?
Why did they teach us to strive for an “open heaven” when Jesus already tore the veil and brought us near?
Why did they teach us to beg for more power when the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead already lives in us?
Why did they teach us to work harder to become righteous when in Christ, we had already become the righteousness of God?
Why did they teach us to perform for acceptance when we had already been accepted in the Beloved?
Why did they teach us to chase His presence when we had become His dwelling place?
Why did they teach us to live like spiritual orphans trying to convince a reluctant God to bless us when we were already sons and daughters, already chosen, already loved, already welcomed to the table?
Somewhere along the way, we confused pursuing God from union with pursuing God for union. And those are two radically different ways to live.
Yes, I worship but not to get Him to come near. I worship because He is already here.
Yes, I hunger for God but not because He is withholding Himself from me. I hunger because I have tasted and seen how good He is, and there is always more of an infinite God to discover.
Yes, I pray but not as an orphan begging outside the door. I pray as a son who has been invited boldly into the throne room.
Yes, I pursue transformation but not because I’m trying to earn righteousness. I pursue it because righteousness has already become my inheritance in Christ, and I’m learning to live outwardly from what He has already accomplished inwardly.
The Christian life was never supposed to be an exhausting attempt to convince God to give us what Jesus already purchased.
You are in Christ.
Christ is in you.
You are seated with Him.
You are His dwelling place.
You have been made righteous in Him.
You have been reconciled.
You have been given His Spirit.
You have been blessed with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
Maybe awakening isn’t God finally showing up. Maybe awakening is finally realizing He never left. And learning to live from what has been true in Christ the whole time.”

Feminism did NOT liberate women.
What liberated women was TECHNOLOGY and BIRTH CONTROL.
Washing machine liberated you more than feminism ever did.
Our mothers spent 15 hours a week washing clothes with their hands.
Washing machine came and freed her.
Fridge freed her. She no longer had to go to market every day.
Gas cooker freed her. No more 3 hours blowing firewood smoke into her eyes.
Electricity freed her.
And BIRTH CONTROL freed her. She could finally choose when to have children, how many to have.
Not feminism. TECHNOLOGY.
Feminism just CAME and took the credit.
Feminism told you "we fought for you so you can work." LIE.
Capitalists wanted you to work. They needed double workers to double their profits.
They needed to crash wages. What better way than to bring all women into the workforce at once?
Before, one man's salary could buy a house and feed a family of 5.
Now, husband and wife both work and they still cannot afford rent. Who won? Not you. The capitalist.
Feminism also told you casual sex is empowerment.
Who benefits from free sex? Is it you that is crying after being used and dumped? Or is it the man who got sex without paying bride price, without commitment, without responsibility?
The orgasm gap will tell you. In casual sex, men cum 90% of the time, women 30%. So who is empowered?
Feminism didn't liberate the average woman. It liberated the rich man.
He got your cheap labor in the office and your free sex in the bedroom.
And you are on Instagram calling it freedom.
Privilege is such an interesting thing I often find myself thinking about. We do not ask for the life we have, and that is why I'm very mindful of it. You often find it a lot in my writing.
Last week, my cleaner told me on Monday(2 days ago) was her birthday. I asked her what age we are celebrating and she said 33. Epiphany hit me that my agemate is my cleaner. I wore a wry smile as I nodded my head and told her to remind me on Monday so she could get her gift.
I then went to my room to deal with the epiphany of privilege. In another universe, that could easily have been me.
@EmyJarkata@asher_kine Truth is tribalism only exists online and it is a tool used by these politicians to keep us divided because we will bring them down the moment we unite.
"I always believed that partners should be completely honest and transparent with each other."
But you were planning to run away with his assets. Were you honest about that?
Baby girl: Aunty Dolapo, when is your party?
Me(lost): What party
BG: Your end of school year party
Me: Ohhh, I don’t go to school
BG: (looks confused for a minute) Oh, you don’t go to school?
Me: Yes??
BG: Is that why you’re selling fridge and pot and kettle and…
Me: Wait, I don’t understand?
BG: I want to become a Doctor, that’s why I’m going to school, so you don’t want to become a doctor that’s why you’re selling pot abi?
Me(shouts): Noooo, I went to school too but I’m done going to school
BG: So why are you not a doctor?
Me:
You guys don't really know how primitive we are. Do you know it's an anomaly for everyone to be building borehole in their houses?
90% of Nigerians don't know what Central water management is. In 2026.
We have a Ministry of Water Resources, btw.
Temu did not pay for PR
Its all organic.
Temu delivers and their prices are reasonable
Do you know that clean okrika clothes started selling for 10k, 15k in Abuja? Then new clothes in stores will sell for as high as 100k in some cases
Temu broke that
Now, you don't have to buy okrika which is used and you don't need to pay 100k for a Jean that they got from Temu for 28k or 1688 for 12k
Its all organic
Its not just clothes.
My shoe rack is from Temu. I spent half the price on Temu compared to what a Nigerian vendor told me. HALF! The only problem was I had to wait 2 weeks for free delivery
Even gym equipments on Temu, cheap.
With 1m you will set up you personal gym at home.
They should do Temu for cars and other items since Nigerian sellers do not think 20% margin or 35% margin is reasonable profit. they always want 100% and above
🚨🎙️ Micah Richards on Manchester United’s pre-season friendly against Wrexham:
🗣️ “One thing that has always surprised me about Manchester United…
How is a pre-season friendly against Wrexham getting more attention than a World Cup third-place playoff between England and France? 😂
We’re talking about the World Cup…
And people are still more interested in a pre-season friendly.
It just shows the level of attention Manchester United generates, whether they’re winning trophies or not.
Love them or hate them, they always dominate the headlines.” 😭
We must not allow this case to disappear from public attention. The allegation by a female UNIOSUN student of assault during a military raid on her hostel demands a transparent and thorough investigation.
The uniform must never become a shield for violence, abuse or impunity. The Army announced an investigation, but Nigerians deserve to know: What is the status? Have those responsible been identified? What support and access to justice have been provided to the survivor?
Safe Schools must mean protection from all forms of violence, including abuse by those entrusted with protecting us.
We are still watching. We are still asking questions. We will not forget.
