@JohniHamcheck @AthleticsFarm Well, all I can say is most of it has nothing to do with being a “bad” instructor!
Look at the age group of these coaches.

I met @conkbaseball Craig Conklin 25 years ago at the @MLB Scouting Bureau Scout School in Tucson, AZ.

Checked into my hotel room, waiting to meet my roommate for the two week intense course, that was about to shape my life! Little did I know my roommate was asleep and we would reach across the queen beds and introduce ourselves to each other the next morning.

Craig was my roommate and subsequently over the past 25 years we both have endured our share of life’s trials that we both wouldn’t wish on our worst enemies!

Give this incredible story a read, about one of my BEST friends in life! Proud of you Conk 🤜🤛

Usually not a fan of sharing things about myself in this manner, but if something that’s happened in my life can help motivate or provoke thought in a positive way I will.
My mistakes have been numerous! My perspective, action and will in regards to life lessons a long road.

Finishing up some quality time in the DR at our Complex. Took a road trip to a town much like that of where most our Latin kids come from. Love these young men!!
