The focus this year is on mental health at work, and whilst work can be positive for mental health, providing  routine, a sense of purpose and achievement and can connect us with other people, it can also be a source of stress and anxiety too.

Harm reduction is important to us at connect, as is reducing barriers to access harm reduction. This is one of the reasons you can now access our needle syringe program discreetly online.
