Today is World Mental Health Day!
The focus this year is on mental health at work, and whilst work can be positive for mental health, providingย routine, a sense of purpose and achievement and can connect us with other people, it can also be a source of stress and anxiety too.
Recovery month is here, & we also want to focus on the people who love & care for those who are struggling with addiction. Connect has a service dedicated to supporting people who have a child, a parent, a grandparent, a sibling, a friend. Please contact us on 300 5550157
