@HelloFreshUK I'd rather continue the conversation here if possible. It will take about 15 minutes of my time to sort out the meals for each box I get from you. Why is this an advantage to me?
@HelloFreshUK So you've just informed me that your "latest innovation" is not providing kit bags. So presumably you're just piling the ingredients in the box for us to sort when we get it? The last differentiating factor that justified your higher price was the separate bags.

@goustocooking hi there. I'm a long-term subscriber and I'm incredibly disappointed with the just-released meal options. A massively cut-down menu that looks like it's mostly "ready meals". I understand businesses have problems right now, but yours is record demand. What's up?
@goustocooking furthermore, if you haven't reduced your service, am I wrong in my impression that the recipes are simpler than usual, with fewer ingredients, and that you don't usually include ready meals as part of the menu choice?
@goustocooking I'm quite concerned about the rhetoric you're using. You're acting like this reduction in service is an altruistic measure, but you're still charging full price and serving record numbers of people at increased profit margins. It's not a good look.
@goustocooking Hi there. Are you reducing the cost of the boxes in line with the reduced service? I know you had so many new subscribers you closed off to any more. You refer to "those most in need" but I'm not aware of any boxes going out free to people who are struggling.
