Akha is one of the most coachable young people we work with. A box of tricks, dares to be different... and creates moments for his team-mates to celebrate like this. 😎

[Connect Sports Group @ConnectNPC]

Our very own Akha Mjawule vs Paul Roos, people. Try of the school #rugby season so far @ss_schools? 😁

We pride ourselves on encouraging diversity of thought and freedom of expression in our young athletes. And we wouldn't trade X Factor like this for anything. @sacsrugby.

[Elisabeth Oehler @eo_performance]

So many discussions about agility lately again: These boys were just playing around for fun and this is most likely more useful than most “footwork” and “quick feet” drills with cones or ladders on my timeline recently. Yeah, it can be that simple.✌🏼
