Personal Account of Police Pull-Over Escalating to Injury

His Story:
The individual was pulled over at 4 p.m. for headlights being off, despite clear weather with no rain, smoke, or fog, and visible blue sky.

They asked for a supervisor, leading to quick escalation.

Officers allegedly slammed them on the ground while they were trying to put hands behind their back, resulting in injuries: chipped tooth, 9+ stitches in lips (tooth went through lip), concussion, and short term memory loss.

The person shared this as a traumatic experience, noting mental healing is ongoing, and it may explain changes in behavior or pushing people away they requested tagging and sharing to spread awareness.

Jacksonville Police Department released a statement once this video went viral on 7/20/25
