It’s important that you understand what happened last night.
Last night, Stephen Colbert interviewed Democratic Texas Senate candidate James Talarico, a candidate who, by all accounts, is on track in the polls to flip Texas blue.
In response, Trump’s FCC reportedly threatened CBS if the interview aired.
CBS caved and pulled the segment, citing “financial reasons.”
In modern American history, no president has been more hostile to free speech than Donald Trump.
But censorship always backfires.
Here’s the full segment Trump didn’t want you to see.
@Jake19336783@Alfonzo10432880@elonmusk@realDonaldTrump So, rewarding those employees who can best predict which buzzwords they want to hear, versus actual job performance. This was done in my local school district years ago with disastrous results.
@elonmusk@realDonaldTrump This sounds similar to a teacher evaluation system my local school district implemented years ago. It was a disaster as mediocre teachers took time away from their students to puff themselves up, while better teachers focused on their real jobs.
@elonmusk@realDonaldTrump So, create busy work that takes time away from the employees actual job duties, forcing them to justify their existence in a way that rewards those who can best predict which buzzwords the reader wants to see, versus their actual skills or necessity of the position
@Grimezsz@simonwu Your ex is using him as a human shield. Never saw them together until the murder of the UHC CEO, then suddenly Little X is always on his shoulders in public. Then he told POTUS to “shut your f%$king mouth”. Who did he learn that from? This gives you a good case for sole custody
Billionaire Elon Musk gave what appeared to be a fascist salute Monday while making a speech at the post-inauguration celebration for President Donald Trump at the Capital One Arena.
“Some elections are important, some are not. But this one, this one really mattered and I just want to say thank you for making it happen,” Musk said before putting his hand on his chest and then raising it in a salute that appeared similar to the “Sieg Heil” used by Nazis at their victory rallies.
“It is thanks to you that the future of civilization is assured," Musk said.
Trump named Musk and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy to lead the "Department of Government Efficiency," an outside commission aimed at identifying federal programs and spending to cut. After Trump was sworn in, multiple lawsuits were filed against the Trump administration claiming that the move violates federal transparency laws.
BREAKING: Officer Michael Fanone is speaking out with the courage and decency we all need right now as Donald Trump pardons 1,500 violent January 6th Insurrectionists.
@SaintWhiteBled@60Minutes It’s real, but it’s almost always republicans that do it and not in numbers large enough to change any results https://t.co/6xR7e6P2wV
To voters who believe the election was stolen, Georgia Republican election official Gabriel Sterling says: “I'm sorry that your candidate lost. But the rules are the rules. The law is the law. And the count is the count.” https://t.co/ANZeYURopL
Your dad's Republican party is dead. Trump and his cronies are dragging its corpse along the campaign trail in hopes the American people won't know the difference, but we do. These aren't real Republicans, they are fascist thugs. Vote for sanity. Vote for Kamala Harris.
