@AmazonHelp @james_brizuela I did this and was told Amazon was experiencing a “technical glitch” that would be over soon. Now the 1st half is almost over. 1980s viewing quality - not a great showing for the company’s live streaming capabilities. Not a great experience for @NFL fans.
