I have been scammed by @EuropaAthletic and @eventim_uk when purchasing tickets for this event! I purchased 2 tickets from the website & told to download the app, it doesn't work a fake customer service agent calls to offer a refund, but you need to give them your bank details

@Robbie49er @eventim_uk @EuroAthletics I have a similar problem and the app is bloody useless, i want a refund as i can see the tickets online in my account but he app wont let me download them! Utterly useless app and customer service. I have wasted £128 on 2 tickets and i cannot ecen get them, feels like a scam.
