Pastor of CWC Life CV for the past 33 years. Married to a great lady for 35 years. Father of three, grandfather of six. I am grateful that God is faithful!
I wasn’t happy when Clinton, Obama or Biden won, but I didn’t call them fascist/dangerous/threat to democracy. I didn’t hope someone would assassinate them. I went on with my life with gratitude. Friends on the left, please try this. Your life and our country will be better.
Senate Minority Leader @SenSchumer and his socialist Democrats said yesterday that there are two groups that nobody in this country respects—Border Patrol and ICE. He couldn't be more wrong. They have my respect and deep gratitude, and I believe I can speak for millions of Americans who feel the same about these men and women who are protecting our country. Shame on Chuck Schumer and the Democrats—because they created this problem by having open borders under President Biden. It took President @realDonaldTrump to secure the border.
And she couldn't get one on the record Brian? Not one able to say, I saw Patel drinking excessively? No one who can even say, Patel canceled a meeting with me without plausible explanation? Not one record like an email or calendar showing that he wasn't where he was supposed to be? Come on.
He was a felon who couldn’t legally own a gun. It’s almost as if criminals don’t care about gun laws…
You know what would have prevented this? Keeping him in prison for his previous crimes. But soft-on-crime retards like yourself want to release criminals onto our streets.
@GavinNewsom@NRA He was a convicted felon. He got the firearm through illegal means. The NRA has nothing to do with this.
Stop standing on the graves of dead children to make your weak-ass political arguments. You disgusting human being.
Watched the French-Stuckey debate. My main takeaway: The whole debate centered upon a truth-emotion continuum. I think Allie Beth came out ahead for one main reason that colors every issue debated: She indexes her understanding of emotion and empathy on a biblical axis, whereas French elevates emotion and empathy to a disproportionate degree. The consequence is to unmoor emotion from truth. There's simply a difference in rhetorical strategy: Stuckey focuses more on logos; French on pathos. Along those lines, another reason I think Allie Beth had the stronger hand is that she refuses to play the game of pitting love against truth (1 Cor. 13:6; Eph. 4:15). She's no less interested in kindness or empathy, but properly indexed by Scripture. French's focus on catering to emotional equilibrium (and thus hewing to progressive niceties) requires him to blur biblical categories.
Biblical ethics requires both logos and pathos, but our loves must be ordered and governed with a proper foundation. And notably, French's empathy tends in one direction, toward those to his left.
In short, Allie Beth focused on objectivity, reason, and right and wrong as the grounds of what constitutes love and kindness, whereas French's instinct is to defer to emotion and aesthetics.
"If America is so racist, why are people dying to come here, but no one is dying to leave?"
Civil rights pioneer Clarence Henderson calls out the anti-American "agenda" that risks tearing the U.S. apart from within.
His message to Americans: "Stop perishing together as fools and start living the life that America affords us."
In the Bible, the Church is a gathering of believers led by pastors, learning the scriptures, practicing communion & baptism, holding each other accountable, making disciples, etc.
Simply hanging out with friends at a park or ballgame & calling that “your church” isn’t Biblical.
Iran’s upper hand?
The press is at it again. Iran has the upper hand now. Iran will collect billions in tolls. Trump is backed into a corner. Iran has once again won and they will be even tougher now
As they have at every turn they have systematically undermined America and pushed Iranian propaganda and it keeps getting worse.
First, the Biden administration negotiated with Iran for 4 years and what did they get? Spit. And they effectively let Iran off the hook and Iran collected billions of dollars they used to build missiles and enrich Uranium.
Today, they are coming to the table minus most of their leadership, without a Navy, without a functioning nuclear program, with no air defenses, their proxies in ruins, down 90 per cent in functioning missiles, shot down a single plane in 18,000 missions, are having to execute their own people and keep the internet off to prevent people from overthrowing them. And there is a huge armada circling them.
Yup. They got us right where they wanted us. Our negotiators have no leverage at all.
Because if you listen to mainstream media analysis they can send some drones to increase oil prices on a temporary basis until they face another round of devastation and new leadership.
Reality is they are at the table because they had nowhere to go and they alienated all the neighboring countries and Trump has always made clear that like the symbol of America itself he holds olive branches in one hand and arrows in the other.
If Iran does not realize this is not the Biden administration they are dealing with, these negotiations will be over fairly quickly and there will be another round of military action and we will see where they are then.
God doesn't bless any conflict?
Let me check this with Pharaoh's Army real quick…oh wait…how about the Canaanites…oh dang…Amelikites? Oops…Assyrians…crap…
After 11 years, you would think people would understand how Trump operates. Yes, it was blunt and to our American ears, over the top. It's Trump's crude way of speaking.
But it was also fluent Farsi. It's the one language the Iranian leaders understand.
It's the language of the Middle East. Trump wasn't speaking to us, he was speaking to Iran. Twenty-four hours before he said it, the Iranians opposed a cease fire. After he said it, they were for a ceasefire.
Btw, for 47 years we heard them chant "Death to America." Where were you then?
