Crazy how @Arsenal can cancel your membership and saying it was suspicious activity on my account when I hardly use it. I am taking this as far as possible as it happened to supporters before and happening again.
#virginmedia please don’t use them for broadband, been with them for 17 years and finally cancelled in April, the agent didn’t process my request and they say it’s my fault. I will be taking this as far as possible, worst company and I will never use them again.
