In Mizoram, an unattended shop runs on trust-people take what they need & leave the payment.
Civic sense means honesty, responsibility & respect for others.
How we behave when no one is watching defines our society.
Clean home. Dirty public place. Why the double standard ?
We keep our homes & kitchens clean, yet often treat public spaces like someone else’s problem.

@WeatherMonitors This is absolutely heartbreaking and terrifying to watch. My deepest condolences to everyone who has lost their lives. Praying for the safety of those still missing and hoping rescuers can reach everyone trapped as soon as possible.
Water is not just for quenching thirst.
Your body needs it for
• Temperature control
• Digestion
• Blood circulation
• Waste removal
• Normal brain & muscle function
Dont wait until youre extremely thirsty to hydrate.
KNOW YOUR BODY
Your body doesnt just need food.
It needs:

🧠 Mental rest
Health is not one habit.
Its the result of many small things done consistently.
