@willmoorewill Weirdly, I've also just started the process for diagnosis of adhd 😂

You don't have to go for medication - you can have help using therapy, support groups and more. But certainly if you're struggling, there are only positives to diagnosis

@willmoorewill It depends how you are feeling and coping with every day life (and how long you want to wait/how much you want to pay...)

If you want validation of why you do (or don't do) things you do or you're struggling (and want future help/employers knowledge) then DEFINITELY go for it!!
