I was investigated for Gross Misconduct and this is a summary of my experience: at the beginning of a year I was told there was fact finding. In Spring of the same year I was notified that it was being referred to as Gross Misconduct but not knowing what it was for. 1/8

On Saturday an off-duty Met officer was injured after he bravely intervened in a knife-point robbery in Luton.

@WeCops It's difficult, because the public are a 'variable' in this instance. The mood of the virtual town square often fluctuates, based on many a thing, not just current affairs. So what's OK one week, may not be the next. Huge grey area with significant corporate risk. #WeCops Q3.
