Work continues to rehab the Phillips Avenue pavement between 12th & 14th St. BX Civil and Construction is a strong local contractor doing the work. Southbound lanes look like they will be done this week. Then it’s time to do the northbound lanes. Onward!

Construction work continues during our limited window. Here's an update on a downtown project: Crews used a process called diamond grinding on Phillips Avenue from 12th to 14th St. It helps create a smoother drive & reduced noise. A noisy process for a quieter drive!
