@TelOneZW ndeyekushaya! How do you say you can't transfer a client because your exchange is full (whatever that means). Now one has to do away with the landline & modem to migrate to another service provider. Consider upgrading your systems!

Since then Pick N Pay's upper management have done nothing besides a few calls pretending to be concerned. I'm not the only person who purchased the water and I doubt I am the only one who got sick.
They tested it in store and the technician at the water kiosk tested the chlorine levels. By her own admission and that of the supermarket staff the choline levels were off the charts. So basically chlorine poisoning from drinking water
We bought 3 containers. First container made us sick but we didn't know it was the cause. When I opened the second container of water it smelled like a community swimming pool and the water tasted horrible. I returned it to the store.

@chipo_mtasa After months of follow-ups, I was told that there was a cable theft & @TelOneZW promised to call me once the issue was resolved. I did a follow-up in December and surprisingly I'm told that my line was deactivated from the system #forthewhy ? @consumerizim
My landline got struck by the lightning end of January 2021 and it had 2 months' worth of internet, I was told that we will come to fix it and @TelOneZW would replace my data when they fix the issue. Each time I did a follow up I was told that a senior technition was notified
Dear @chipo_mtasa , @TelOneZW deactivated my line because they say it wasn't in use yet I spent last year being told our lines are down due to cable theft. How do I use a deadline? I'm told to apply for a new line of which are not even available

Am I the only one tired of this rubbish.
2. Their warranty does not cover you at all. Even if damage occurs the very day you woirl have bought it. This you will only find out after purchase, they won't inform you of this.
Also said it does not matter if you delay a bit reporting this. Not sure if there is ever a time when it’s too late but I’m going to try and get names of police stations and cops that understand these kinds of issues that maybe people can go to directly if they need to report
