We all experience stormy periods in our lives, everyone's life is full of ups and downs. Instead of withdrawing and isolating ourselves in the hard times, if we can just find the positives wherever and whenever we can - no matter how small, we can make the best of any situation.
Next week is Mental Health Awareness week, the aim is to raise awareness and understanding of anxiety, and to provide help and support to tackle it.
