Merging of duplicate records has been enhanced. After finding duplicate records by full name, phone number or email address, the function allows to merge records and all the past notes too into a single contact. Login as Admin and select 'Merge Duplicates'.

Records from CSV files can be imported into the system under specific Contact Owner. Login as Admin and select Import Contacts. Select the .csv file and the contact owner to whom these records belong to. Useful for uploading user's records from other systems or address books.

Admins can monitor system activity by filters of date range, actions performed and user names. Output reports in tabular and graphical forms. Login as your Administrator in Web Application to view it under 'What's Happening' Section.

Tags are enhanced. They can be created by users and shared. Easily create by adding a tag to the scanned photo before upload. These can be used to create quick categories like events or seminars. Separate report of browsing by tags now in available in mobile apps.

Last Activity Report is useful for tracking the last time since specific people have not been contacted by your team! Just add a #track# tag to the contact record that needs to be monitored and the report does the work. Effective for Account Based Sales and #B2B teams.

Quick Add option in Mobile app enables you to add a record for which you do not have any business card or physical document. In future, we plan to add options to attach photographs.
