@anothercohen@heyalexfriedman Makes sense!
There's some nuance here as well:
You can get your own luxury high-rise outside of the US, interest-free, on installments.
Or, you could rent one inside the US.
Depends on what you want.
@AdriSheares@heyalexfriedman Just curious, do you know there are interest-free investment options as well?
I feel like most Americans don't realize this is an option.
I have found that when you're brainstorming ideas and documenting the big picture, starting from a blank screen works better.
When you are in the getting-things-done mode, editing a junior's work saves time.
@jowyang@heyalexfriedman What if I tell you that there are excellent investment options that also happen to be interest-free?
The catch? They are outside of the US. The question is are you open minded about this?
@heyalexfriedman Alex is not seeing the point in buying a house anymore based on ^ 6 points.
I'll find the opposite:
- Undervalued
- Virtually no tax
- Hands-off maintenance
- Monthly payments < Rent
- Due diligence (track record/projections)
- Luxury apartment amenities

@heyalexfriedman Point by point:
- You are not looking at the right place at the right time.
- Consider zero tax places (if it's purely for investment).
- Actually, no.
- Actually, no.
- There's no guarantee for anything in life. due diligence is the best bet.
- Again, not necessarily.

An antidote to everything affiliate marketing, this is where you as a person recommend anything from your life experience without the "best" "vs." "top x" posts niche sites cover [with almost always the products offering the highest aff. commissions in the top x].
