We started by fighting powerlessness & stereotypes through fundraising dinner parties, now we empower people with the tools to do it themselves. Versus is the foundation of #DEI, #genderequity: we give people the space to choose #inclusion for themselves, w an open heart & mind.

The point of #civil #dialogue is not to solve, to win, or to change other people's minds. It is to understand why & how they came to believe what they believe. Having #conversations across w people who think differently is a necessary kind of research for improving the world.

💯 agree & add: I’m over most GPs not being educated about #menopause; putting women whose hormones are depleted on anti depression meds instead; having to pay $500 to go private to find a dr who actually understands/explains my body to me; women suffering w/o knowing why. 51% !
