@VirginTrains Usually you have to get a cycle ticket at the station as basses are clearly bigger than those dimensions. Would that guarantee getting the bass on the train?

@VirginTrains I’m 45. I’ve been travelling with my bass on trains since I was 13. This is crazy and will make life even more difficult for bassists! (More than by choosing crazy instrument!)

@TSB @rosseileen That’s just not true! Been trying all day. They take all your details then say it’ll be 30 mins to answer calls then the line goes dead! At least be honest with people.
