I have called a several customer agents and the calls seem to drop once they can’t get to the bottom of my problem. asking for is technical support to get my phone fixed. no connection at the moment outside of wifi on my phone.

Seriously Vodafone ireland going in to the third week with data roaming and you still have not fixed the problem. You don’t get the fact I can’t receive any calls in my phone or texts.

@VodafoneIreland I have raised a complaint and as my phone is not working (reason I have raised issue) Vodafone cannot contact me. I have asked for communication through email or the my Vodafone on line portal. At least two weeks and still no working phone.

@VodafoneIreland Unfortunately nothing is coming in to my phone! This is the problem my phone is dead outside of Wi-Fi. Vodafone not even able to send me messages now. Please note also I live in Germany and avail of red roaming
