Please open a web browser, go to https://t.co/Bs5605YU5t and log in. You will be presented with a “complete your registration page”. Please fill in the missing details and return to the app and try again.

“Oops something went wrong” message -

To fix this error, please log out of the app, and then force close the app. Re-open the app and log back in using your credentials. Navigate back to "Tickets". The error should now be gone.
