Standards for checking coins according to what I've learned.
- With devsnightmare (when it works), insiders and snipers should not have more than 2.5%/3% of total supply. Team can have a lot but they should lock the coins.
- With the bubblemap any cluster with more than 4% should be considered a red flag. Sometimes folks spam and send 1 or 10 tokens to wallets make sure to check onchain and see if the clusters are legit or not.
- With the CEX bubblemap on https://t.co/61tu7M83O7. For solana coins (only for solana coins), the main cluster shouldn't have more than 55% and less than 50%.
In case it has more, around 60% is sort of high but ok. Higher means there is a cluster that has more and needs to be investigated.
In case it has less, around 48% could be ok but still a bit low. 45% is still ok but low and is the limit. Lower it could mean it's bundled with old wallets funded differently.
For individual clusters on the CEX map :
- Binance funded wallets (fd) should not have more than 25% and less than 15%. Beyond 30% it's a red flag. Below 10% it's a red flag.
- Coinbase fd should not have more than 25% and less than 15%. Beyond 30% it's a red flag. Below 10% it's a red flag.
- Change Now fd should not have more than 3/4% (used to bundled coins a lot, more than 10% definite red flag).
- Mexc fd should not have more than 5% (used to bundled coins a lot, more than 10% it's a red flag).
- Kucoin fd should not have more than 5-7% (still learning)
- Crypto. com fd should not have more than 5%
- HTX/OKX ... etc fd should not have more than 4/5% (still learning)
Average holders/bag ratio :
- The average bag amount should not be greater than the amount of holders. Example : 400 holders, average bag at $600
- The average bag amount should reflect the amount of holders, if there are 4k holders and bag is below $50 that's a red flag.
Get used to these metrics
This will genuinely save a lot of you
The reason you never hit life changing money in memes is because when you get a bigger portfolio you keep playing like it was day one and you never make the transition to size plays
At some point you have to stop treating everything like a gamble. Donβt force low caps just find a real conviction play, size in properly, take your 2β3x, and cycle it
Low caps are for building
Size plays are for multiplying
Thatβs how people hit big numbers in this space
