@Ivycottagebaker Thanks Mike. The problem is I don’t know the name of it. The Aussies just refer to it as Turkish Bread. Looks a bit like focaccia with great air holes. Amazing cut in half and toasted. Someone suggested you tube. I tried google etc. Will let you know how I get on.
