Well @virginmedia after being with you for 4 years I am disgusted that you want to charge me to leave!! Considering the landline has never worked during that time as well. People never use them, terrible service!!!

@virginmedia I was given a discount in March this year, what I didn’t know was that meant a new contract, that part was definitely not clear. Plus as I said my landline that you charge for has never worked. I will be making an Ofcom complaint
