Parcel marked as delivered, blatantly wasn't so rang up, they contacted the depot who contacted the driver, presumably decided he shouldn't steal our package and actually deliver it, knocks on 2 hours later and insists it had been on our doorstep for the last 2 hours and laughs

@ElectricityNW Make your mind up mate over DM you're telling me "the flat" needed to be evacuated because of a fire crew needing safe access. The woman in the dangerous property was literally using gas to make the engineer a cup of tea at the time of this dangerous situation so try again.
