@AlinaCabrez5@HRH_SHP Just because *you* didn’t know of him doesn't make that true. It wasn’t his case. She brought HER claims & settled HER case not wanting to take it to trial. He only has to pay fees related to ONE counterclaim from his countersuit based on a CA law. It’s not based on her claims…
@rwatkins829@slshers Brooke pursued a single guy while single when her friend was dating his brother. Whether she had a crush or not is such a stupid way to rationalize screwing over a friend. The list included her BOYFRIEND and y’all act like Peyton had to approve that lmao
Twitter/x discourse has officially lost the plot calling 20-something actors “too old” to play college students and this man “ugly.” He’s the most attractive of the entire cast IMO 🤷🏻♀️
@emilio90211@TMZ I haven’t found anything to confirm any of what you’re saying. Everything including the NY lawsuit dismissal says he operates out of Austin, Texas with “past connections to CA.” She chose NY.. I’m evaluating jurisdiction and the law so I don’t care about whatever else
@emilio90211@TMZ soo jurisdiction would still be in Texas, no? 😂I mean... she sued him in New York... so you're saying she should have done so in CA...?
Every day on this app I am reminded why we cannot have shows like The OC, Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill, etc anymore. People used to just enjoy mess as the entertainment it was intended to be without every action needing a think piece
@redbonemt @fashionistaera@blakelively I actually thought I liked that one at first. But then I realized how nothing actually happens and it was a giant wasted opportunity.
My main frustration with the Blake Lively case is the abuse of terms for victims. “S*xual predator”, DARVO, “SH” never applied to any of her claims. Isabella Ferrer saying getting a subpoena was “harassment” by Justin in a case filed by Blake… Victims lose in the end, again. 🤷🏻♀️
@PrestonGrimes15@LairdOfThManor It was dismissed solely off of her having a “litigation privilege” by filing a CRD the DAY BEFORE the NYT article dropped, yet they somehow already had… Zero discovery was completed for his countersuit and you think that she same as Lively’s being dismissed after discovery?
I sat in the courtroom during their hearing on Lively’s claims and the summary judgment motion and watched as Blake Lively’s attorney admitted to the judge that they had used a certain California law because it could get them more in damages. But keep spinning.
